SH115B Insulating oil dielectric loss and resistivity tester
The SH115B Insulating Oil Dielectric Loss and Resistivity Tester is a high-precision integrated instrument designed for measuring the dielectric loss angle and volume resistivity of liquid insulating media such as insulating oil. It incorporates key components including a dielectric loss oil cup, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test power supply, standard capacitor, high-resistance meter, and DC high-voltage source. The heating system employs the currently advanced high-frequency induction heating method, which offers advantages such as non-contact heating between the oil cup and heating body, uniform heating, rapid response, and convenient control. The AC test power supply utilizes an AC-DC-AC conversion method, effectively eliminating the impact of mains voltage and frequency fluctuations on dielectric loss test accuracy. Even when powered by a generator, the instrument operates correctly. The internal standard capacitor is an SF6-filled three-terminal capacitor, whose dielectric loss and capacitance remain unaffected by environmental temperature and humidity, ensuring consistent precision over prolonged use. This meets the GB/T 5654 standard for measuring the relative permittivity, dielectric loss factor, and DC resistivity of liquid insulating materials.
The instrument employs fully digital technology with complete intelligent automated measurement capabilities, featuring multiple testing modes. It is equipped with a large touchscreen display (320×240), a fully Chinese menu, and step-by-step Chinese prompts. Test results can be printed, enabling operators to use it proficiently without specialized training.
