SH113C Automatic pour point tester 2holes
The SH113CL Fully Automatic Pour Point Determinator is designed and manufactured according to the GB/T 3535 method for determining the pour point of petroleum products. It integrates mechanical, optical, electronic, and computer technologies with advanced contemporary techniques to automatically complete the testing of the pour point of petroleum products. This instrument employs photoelectric detection technology, an automatic glass tube tilting method, and an imported compressor-based cooling system to ensure the required cooling depth.
The instrument consists of a cryogenic cooling source (using cascade compression refrigeration technology), an optical detection system, an MPU control system, and dedicated software programs. The cryogenic cooling source employs a miniature cascade compression refrigeration system with fan cooling (eliminating the need for cooling water). It features two relatively independent test bath wells, ensuring simultaneous comparative experiments without mutual interference. The optical detection technology accurately captures the endpoint of experiments and includes parameter correction functions that can be configured based on precision requirements. The instrument utilizes standardized testing procedures, enabling fully automated testing and printing of experimental results without manual intervention.
