ST001E Fully Automatic Whiteness Colorimeter

The ST001E fully automatic colorimeter is used to measure the whiteness, yellowness, color, and color difference of objects. It can also measure the opacity, transparency, light scattering coefficient, light absorption coefficient, and ink absorption value of paper. Widely used in industries such as flour, starch, mineral powder, papermaking, printing, ceramics, chemical industry, textile printing and dyeing, building materials, grain, salt production, etc.

The specific functions of the instrument are as follows:

● Measure the color and color difference reflected by an object, which can be displayed or printed: diffuse reflectance factors Rx, Ry, Rz, stimulus values Y10, X10, Z10, chromaticity coordinates x10, y10; Brightness L *, chromaticity a *, b *, chroma C * ab, hue angle h * ab, dominant wavelength λ d, excitation purity Pe, color difference Δ E * ab, brightness difference Δ L *, chroma difference Δ C * ab, hue difference Δ H * ab, Hunter system L, a, b.

● Measuring ISO brightness (blue light whiteness R457) and Z-whiteness (Rz) can measure the fluorescence whitening produced by the emission of fluorescent substances in fluorescent whitening samples.

● Measure CIE whiteness (Ganz whiteness W10 and color deviation TW10).

● Measure the whiteness of ceramics.

● Measure the whiteness of building materials and non-metallic mineral products.

● Measure Hunter whiteness WH.

● Measure the yellowness YI.

● Measure the opacity OP of the sample

● Measure the transparency of the sample T

● Measure the light scattering coefficient S of the sample

● Measure the light absorption coefficient A of the sample

● Main performance characteristics

● The instrument adopts a 7.0-inch, 65k color, high-definition color LCD touch screen with a simple and friendly human-computer interaction interface, making operation simple and convenient.

● The instrument has a compact structure and a novel appearance. One click operation eliminates the manual rotation of the handwheel in the old model, with automatic switching and positioning of the light path, truly achieving fully automatic detection, which not only improves testing efficiency but also greatly reduces human error.

● Adopting a 32-bit MCU microcomputer processor, as well as high-speed operational amplifier chips and high-precision ADC converters, advanced circuit design effectively ensures the accuracy and stability of measurement data.

● Simulate D65 illumination body illumination with the instrument. Adopting the CIE 1964 supplementary chromaticity system and the CIE 1976 (L * a * b *) color space color difference formula.

● The instrument adopts d/o illumination to observe geometric conditions. The diameter of the diffusing sphere is 150mm, and the diameter of the test hole is 30mm. It is equipped with a light absorber to eliminate the influence of mirror reflection light on the sample.

● The instrument is equipped with an embedded serial thermal printer, which eliminates the need for ink and ribbon, operates without noise, and has fast printing speed.

● The instrument has power-off protection, and calibration data will not be lost after power-off.

● Can store 9 reference samples.

● It has non-linear data processing and data smoothing functions, and can automatically perform multi-point correction.
