SH119B Semi-automatic ash content analyzer

SH119B Semi-automatic ash content analyzer is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the standard GB/T508,GB/T2433,SH/T0067, used to determine the ash content of petroleum products and the sulfate ash content of lubricating greases. This instrument is also suitable for determining the ash content in petroleum products containing ash-forming additives (including certain phosphorus-containing compound additives), as well as lead-containing lubricating oils and used engine crankcase oils. It adopts a new-type ceramic chamber as the heating element, and is applicable to detecting sulfate ash in additive-containing lubricating oils and additive concentrates for blended lubricating oils.

Performance Characteristics
  • The output is controlled by a color touch screen.
  • The outer shell is made of steel plates through flanging and welding, with an electrostatically sprayed surface; the heating element is a high-quality silicon carbide rod.
  • The furnace chamber is composed of alumina polycrystalline fibers, featuring fast heating rate and excellent heat preservation performance.
  • Microcomputer-controlled and programmable, it enables automatic heating, cooling, heat preservation, and over-temperature protection, with 16 programmable heating curves.
  • The equipped smoke exhaust hole extends the service life of the ash furnace.
  • Inputting the weight allows automatic calculation and display of results.
